CFC Packing B consists of a hour coaching and training session with team evaluation. This tailor designed course is prepared for those teams and coaches who want a dedicated training package designed for their team. This package will help first time or established coaches with a custom designed training schedule based on your teams skill level for a 7 week period. Whether you train once or twice a week, we will design a package to fit your schedule. ​ Why 7 weeks?  We at CFC feel that is enough time for your team to learn the skills we propose and need to move on.
